I have a corporate TV system using raspberry pi3 as a switch, when I broadcast the screens in wordpress in PNG appears Ok, but if I put videos in mp4 the screens turn white, do not broadcast the video when their time comes in the assembled sequence. Do you have any specific settings for streaming videos?

I have the similar problem with youtube videos.
They show but never start playing. Just hang there for a few seconds as static picture.Using https://www.binaryemotions.com/digital-signage/raspberry-digital-signage/
Although it seems to work fine in desktop browser.
