I have a current client I’m trying to offer video courses for. I’m hoping you have some sort of video engagement analytics whereby a ‘teacher’ might have a dashboard view of ‘students’ level of completion of video courses? It would ideally be integrated with a way to offer course credit for completed video lessons.

I’m presently using video.js player as part of the MediaCloud plugin (https://mediacloud.press/) that lets you bypass the WP Media Gallery and send the files directly to a CDN. We’re currently using Google Cloud Engine, but Amazon S3 is an option. However, the MediaCloud plugin further allows you to serve the videos from an encoding solution (mux.com) that we’re particularly high on. I’m NOT interested in Vimeo or YouTube and WILL not be utilizing their services

We do not, I’m afraid. Videos in Sensei are embedded within a Course or Lesson, but there’s otherwise no way to measure ‘video engagement’ if by that you mean something like ‘amount of time spent watching the video’ or anything other than whether the lesson the video is embedded in is completed.

Sorry I don’t have better news!

    Best,
