 * Hi. How do you add video to posts? I would also need to designate a thumbnail
   image.
 * I am using the Truemag theme which is a video blog theme. I have just downloaded
   your plugin to facilitate uploading the data of lots of of youtube and vimeo 
   movies. I would also need to categorize them. Is this possible?

 * I do see that Ultimate CSV supports youtube and vimeo video posts. Could you 
   please provide a walk-through of how to use it to create multiple posts. Would
   I need to purchase the Pro version?

 * Which sample file/cheat sheet should I use? If there is none pre-produced. Can
