Video Gallery like Plugin, Any Recommendation please?

Hi guys,

I been searching high and low for a video gallery plugin that works.
I know there are so many video plugin out there, but none of them actually work for me.

What I’m looking for is something that will automatically scan my folder of 1000s over flv video files and automatically generate a gallery with pagination along with the thumbnails and user can click on the thumbnail and play the video file.

I know a free plugin “Cool Video Gallery” can do this but unfortunately that plugin doesn’t support pagination. And I obviously cant throw 1000s thumbnails on one page.

I wont mind paying for it, the problem is I just cant find one.

Anyone have any recommendations please?

PS: im not looking for something to embed video from youtube or vimeo, I will host my own videos.
