 * I tried to put up a video from my media section in WordPress. I haven’t figured
   out how to embed, which I am going to try next- In essence, I have a two-part
   question.
 * If it is possible to embed video with or without youtube, preferably from my 
   FTP, can the file be larger than the 4mb limit I am given when I try to create
   a post and inserting a file?
