We have an online store that sells a mix of downloadable pdfs & videos. The links for these are limited for number of downloads (x5) and days (x7).
For a while now, we have been having issues with customers using iphone or ipads being unable to access the video files when using the links that they are sent.
However, when we get complaints about this, if I manually send them the link to the video file (URL link copied from the Woocommerce product page) they can access the videos without any issues. This is obviously time consuming and frustrating (and also doesn't protect our video files from being shared).
Given that they can see the file if accessed via emailed link, this isn't a video format issue...
Any ideas what might be going wrong & how to fix?
