Since updating to 2.22.2 the video block no longer launches the player on clicking the icon.

Clicking the icon does not present any errors to the user or in the JavaScript console.

Rolling back to 2.20.0 fixes the issue. I believe it may have been introduced in 2.22.0 as there is a note in the changelog regarding the video block.
