video background won't play on mobile

    I just purchased brooklyn about an 2 hours ago.

    1) Neither the video background in demo2, nor the last video slide in Demo 5 play on my mobile device! why? This is the main reason I purchased brooklyn—to have a video background or slide and for it to play on mobile devices!

    2) the heading is NOT responsive on Mobile. When I view my page on mobile, it is zoomed in and cuts of half the picture on both sides. Only if I turn my phone landscape will I see the full picture. This is very upsetting because, again, I primarily purchased brooklyn so that it would be responsive and look great on mobile devices. I was previously using one engine which was a free theme, but it was not responsive on mobile devices.

    what can be done to fix 1 & 2?

    I’m not familiar with this specific theme but the video issue is most likely a device-based restriction. Apple, for example, do not allow videos to auto-play on iOS (iPhones, iPads).
