I’ve noticed the same issue, even with your guys’ website demo, the video background block does not play on mobile phones. I’m looking at your very own page (https://www.ultimategutenberg.com/blocks/sections) on my cell phone and your video background block does not play. If I go to my desktop computer and test the exact same page with mobile view tester activated, it plays; but if I view the same page on the actual phone, it does not play (and my phone is the latest Samsung Note 10)!

A ticket? It’s your very own demo website with the problem. It seems your plugin needs fixing, not my site.
