Incredibly speaking, I have been monitoring the spam box and nothing. We didn’t receive any reply.
If there is no sensitive information, can you send your reply through this system? Otherwise, I will contact again from your website so you can send us a new reply. Perhaps our email address is wrong in your system.

Ok, here is a copy of it:

We have already fixed that issue a few weeks ago. Let us know, do you have the latest version of popup plugin?
Make sure, that you cleared cache on your WP and browser.
I visited your site and it loaded properly, without playing sound from popup.”
Also, could you please provide some detail information about your browser (version), maybe you can send some screenshots how we can reproduce the issue.
