 * can you check viber button why it doesn’t work on mobile?

 * Thanks for your support question!
 * A button with a Viber action will only open the app if the user has the app installed
   on their phone.
 * If they don’t have the Viber app it would not do anything.
 * We can perhaps add a warning if the app is not installed in the future.

 * It seems like the **+** in front of the number isn’t needed and it’s causing 
   it not to open the app.
 * Could you try removing the **+**?
