Please, let me clarify that our support team is only able to answer questions about the installation and basic use of the plugin. This means that our support team won’t be able to assist you with custom solutions that require development skills. Taking this into account and considering the lack of activity on the topic, we marked it as resolved.

First of all, I don’t know that my first post was already there because I’ve made multiple changes to it, and the auto rules o the community marked it as under review, and when I came back to check if it was accepted or not I didn’t find it, so I decided to create a new one.
Second, when you mark my second question as solved, the team could post the URL of my old post and tell me that we’ve replied to you there.
Anyway, thanks for your response, I will amend my review once my problem is solved.
I’d like to tell you that I don’t like to hurt any rating of any company on the internet, And because of the misunderstanding and I can’t remove my bad review, I’ve changed it to two stars now, and I promise that I will increase the stars after my problem solved to 5.
