    Hi Yoad, from what I see our support has been available to you from the beginning, you were asked to describe exactly what the problem was, then to send videos that would help the team understand the problem and there were delays also due to the fact that the video you sent was not working.

    You asked to be called urgently by phone but we don’t offer that kind of service, alternatively you were offered the possibility of arranging a zoom meeting, which has technical time because it is arranged with the development team.

    We really apologize if all these things created delay in resolving your problem and confirm that we are available to organize a zoom to help you if you want.
