• The plugin looks good, with good features ... but they are promised because in use it does not work.
    Just a few examples:
    - the strings are not all correctly set and therefore not translatable with Loco Translate. I asked for assistance but without result, in the end I found the solution by myself,
    - the Checkout template is faulty because it does not recognize the Paypal payment system, in fact clicking on the button reports an error,
    - after updating to version 1.4.1 all templates created with the plugin crashed (Single, Checkout, ...).
Sorry but really a disaster and a waste of time.

    Hello @visureclic ,

It seems you have changed your rating from 5 star to one star suddenly. But thanks for mentioning the problems you have faced. I would like to put some words about the issues you have faced and possible solution as well.

    1. We have already given translation support for our plugin and with Loco translate you can translate all the strings in our plugin. But if you found any issue regarding the translation and contacted our support then our support team should have helped you regarding the matter. I have found two tickets with your username at our support center which is around 4 months ago. After that there is no support ticket regarding this issue we found at our support center. We have released some updates with bug fix and translation support, please try now. If there is any issue you have faced please contact with us. We will be happy to assist you.

    2. You know, there are lot of plugins out there and there could be compatibility issues for the plugins. We are trying our best to solve the issues after our users are reporting them to us. So, we recommend you to contact our support center and we can assure you that if the plugin that you are using for Paypal payment on checkout can work with Woocommerce properly, we will give support for the plugin as well in our plugin.

    3. There was a layout breaking issue after the update you are talking about which was caused if someone put the CSS print method to internal embedding (screenshot). After changing the CSS print method to external file fixed the issue which is recommended by Elementor also. However, in our latest update we have already fixed the issue and this issue will be no longer happen in future.

So, we expect that you will contact our support center from plugins details page and give us a chance to find out the actual issue with proper solution. Our dedicated support team will check your issues with high priority and let you know the update ASAP!

Waiting for your valuable response and we are always here to help you.

    Regards,
    Benjir
