Very smooth interface, looks promising

    I think this is a very good looking theme which I would really like to use for our intranet and also for my personal website. However I do think it is very lacking in capabilities. I would like to see a lot more widget areas instead of only one main sidebar. Also a second menu option would be fantastic and more options for social media buttons.

    For some inspiration you could take a look at the catch box theme. This theme is perfect for me in widget areas (5 free, 13 in pro version) and menu areas (3 areas). However that theme doesn’t come close to the looks of the Iconic One theme. So for my case, add lots of widget areas and some more menu options (secondary menu is a must have and a footer menu is also often seen on websites) and I would buy this theme for sure..

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for your honest review and feedback.

    If you need menu in the footer, you have two options currently:

    1) Edit the footer.php, add or edit links in the line that has Iconic One and WordPress links.

    2) Paste the html menu in the “footer text area right” in live customizer.

    For social buttons
    You can add more social buttons in free version using http://wordpress.org/support/topic/adding-additional-social-icons?replies=3

    In the Pro version we already have:

    – Three additional footer widget areas

    – Extra LinkedIn and Youtube Social button option for header

    – HTML location just above header which can be used to insert html menu.
