We are using this on a site that has a fair amount of Products (2674) and there are currently 41,224 Instock Notifications. We had been noticing that the site back-end Products was loading terribly slow (roughly 25 seconds) and disabled all Plugins and re-enabled them one at a time until we found that it has something to do with this Plugin.
The site is being hosted on AWS with lots of power.
We tested your reported issue with 3000+ products, but unfortunately, we cannot reproduce it on our end. Sometimes this issue might arise due to a conflict between different plugins.
We suggest you check the error log on your end by activating any “Query Monitor” plugin from WordPress and share it with us so that we can better assist you.
Thank you for the suggestion. I ran the Query Monitor and no PHP errors were reported. When looking at the Queries by Component, it’s showing back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce coming in at roughly 20 seconds give or take a second.
Thank you. There is no error log. According to the Query Monitor Developer that means there are no PHP errors. You can view my thread with him here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/activating-logging/ I’ve attached a screenshot of the Queries by Component if that’s helpful. Additionally, I can create a user account on the site for you if I’m able to security provide you with a login.
We never appreciate receiving login credentials, considering the norms of both WordPress and ours. It adheres to our forum’s rules. For further queries or support, please contact our dedicated helpdesk at https://codewoogeek.freshdesk.com/support/home.
Thanks.
