• I am very satisfied with the customer care service. I should say that I do not have a subscription plan. I mean I do not have the premium plan or lifetime plan. And since I have been testing this plug-in, I did not want to pay for it. However, I had a problem, opened a ticket and guess what they solved my problem even though I told them I was not paying any of their plans and was a completely free user of their plug-in. It means a lot to me and to people like me who are thinking about paying plans but want to know if the plug-in is worth or not, says a lot about the quality of the product, the company and the customers’ experiences.
