# Very responsive support

 * Been using this plugin (pro version) for about two weeks. Ran into an issue where
   the schedule wasn’t showing up on Event templates 2 and 3. I’ve been getting 
   very good support in resolving the issue. One thing I would suggest is that a
   ticketing system be setup instead of just email. This would make it easier to
   track issues.
