Very responsive support

Installed My Sticky Bar and could not get it to appear on my website. Contacted Support and they responded almost immediately and helped to get the settings correctly configured. Having tried the documentation first, I could not identify the issue. The Documentation could be more detailed. However the Support response was quick so we were up and running very quickly.
