Very Responsive Company

Even though I’m still in the middle of testing the full Event Prime bundle with all extensions in preparation for our December 6th event , I felt the need to leave a review before we have it live. It is rare that a software plugin company responds each and every time you have a question or an ask. I must say that Event Prime certainly does respond with well thought out answers and solutions. They seem to truly care about each and every customer and even offers (for a fair price I’m sure) customization to fit each clients needs should you need a specific feature not on the current version. So far we don’t need customization because their software has already thought of all the scenarios for customers to buy event tickets and at a better price than the competition. We are still in the middle of finalizing and I will post another review later after we are live. I’m sure I will have nothing but great things to say since so far they have been exemplary in providing quick responsive support.
