Very prompt after sales support but interface is not user friendly at all.

Without really trying the free version, I bought the pro version after I saw the live demo on their website as the style of the carousel was exactly what I wanted after searching around for quite a bit. This plugin’s interface is NOT user friendly at all for a non-techie and there is no video tutorial from the developer, so I had to search for video tutorials on other similar carousel plugins. However to make up for this, my queries were very promptly responded to and I could understand the English (not exactly the case with another WordPress plugin that I bought).

P.S. To All Plugins Developers, please try to understand that we who buy your plugins are most likely not web development techies, so please write your plugin in normal English and not web language.
