• One of those unnecessarily complex do-it-all plugins that has little or no support.

    They do, however, appear to have a strategy of marking each support thread ‘resolved’ just because they respond to it, even if their response is ‘can’t help with your issue’.

    Hello @raygulick,
    We checked your ticket, and found out that you wanted a feature which was not available in the plugin in the first place. That is exactly what we told you in the ticket. Our other customers also requested new features and we have given them the same correct answer, but they never rated is a 2 star for a correction answer.
    Hope you kindly reconsider and change your rating to a 5 star, since you know that we have answered you correctly.
