    Very Poor Support From Plugin. We have tried to contact them via support portal more than 10 times there is no response from plugin author even though we purchased the premium version of plugin

    You can leave a same message 100 times and keep expecting a reply.
    Unfortunately you will not get a response, because it will be resting in our spams.
    We’ve already replied to your first query on 9th of July & never heard back from you.
    Ask your colleague Mukhtar to check his emails.
    If you just copy paste the same message over 10 times & never reply back to the follow up from our side, the messages will go in spam.

    Then how i get support from your side ? even our client is purchased the premium version of plugin. I have checked with mukhthar and he send reply for your message on july 9th after 9th we never heard back from you. Then what we will do ? The email are going to spam to your side that is not my problem.

    He never replied back. We have the chat records.
    I am not going to discuss this here. If you have any further issues, reply back to the follow up from our side.
