Very poor customer support and refund policy nonexistent! Stay away!

We purchased this a license in November last year and realised after purchasing that many of the plugin features advertised on the website at the time were actually only available if you purchased other add-ons.

We immediately emailed the author via their support email to ask for a refund based on their 14-day policy as shown on the website. We have sent a total of 4 emails and 2 support requests via their website and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing!

Be aware that if you purchase, it seems very unlikely that you will be able to access customer support, especially if it’s in regard to a refund!
