Paying 39$ for a tool that is not better than the free ones?!

Lousy support, due to bad English. They don’t even understand the questions, and I spend one week trying to make the “viewer light box” run correctly with autoplay. No control of timing, unsought zooming, too many stupid buttons, etc… After wasting so much time and money I decided to stick with the original slideshow of my theme.
