# Very overwhelming

 * The plugin looks great on the front end. But at the back end, it is just a bit
   overwhelming. You’ve got FAQ Groups and Categories. But what the difference may
   be is not easily found. To add a group, you don’t have the button in the upper
   right corner, like with posts or pages (or I must be overlooking it). Instead
   you need to navigate to another item in the side menu. This feels counterintuitive.
 * When building the FAQ you can add questions directly in the group. But you can
   also write questions and answers in a different section of the plugin.
   Loved 
   the way the questions are presented on the front end page. With a search bar 
   that added just that little extra. But the back end just didn’t make any sense
   for me.
