# The BEST Support and a GREAT, well thought out product!!!

 * If you are looking for a simple business directory (core plugin) all the way 
   up to a full-blown directory with with TONS of added features and functionality(
   great Addons) this is the plugin for you! I love having Addons because then you
   can decide what features you want or don’t want and they are well worth the small
   cost (or you can subscribe at a cost of basically next to nothing and get all
   the Addons and new Addons, updates, and premium support). **That combined with
   the AMAZING support makes this a no-brainer.**
 * I also like they way they determine what Addons/improvement to make – it is by
   vote of the users. Users get 5 votes per month (and can also make feature requests
   for people to vote on). While I wish a couple of the features I would like would
   get more votes so they would get developed, this is the fair way to do things.
   If you want you feature you can either wait, or take advantage of the GD job 
   section (which is a great support feature) of support and hire a person to develop
   the feature for you.
 * This plugin has improved immensley over a very short period of time and the developers
   work their a**es off not only with improvements but to help their users. I can’t
   say enough about their support – it’s like these “guys” never sleep! As a noob
   I really appreciate their patience dealing with sometimes dumb questions and 
   stupid mistakes.
 * Recently, I ran into some problems updating my theme (it was a major update).
   It broke one of the GD features on my site, and they fixed it right away (not
   really unusual for this support team). Then, I couldn’t access some backend feature
   of my website and I didn’t know if it was a theme issue or a plugin compatibility
   issue so I was trying to work with the support staff for the theme and support
   from GD to get fix the problem. Theme support which I would rate as very good,
   really offered a minimum of help and sent me on my way. But **GD support (Stiofan
   specifically) stepped up to the plate and went WAY BEYOND what anyone could expect.**
   Stiofan spent HOURS with me on Skype, examining code using Team Viewer, working
   on the backend of the site including delving into my cPanel. I really can’t say
   enough about the GD team.
 * These guys rock!
