I have more than 30,000 entries. As a result, the site just almost ceases to work. I do not know why this happens, but this happens rarely. If I disconnect your plug-in during peak usage, then the problem is solved to the fullest. What specific queries are producing this load (slowlog will help with this). * The plugin does not do any database writes, only reads a couple options (API key), nothing else is stored. If you throw your plugin in a different folder (so that it becomes inactive), then the load completely disappears. There’s nothing else to it, really. * We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues seemingly related to the plugin, but it’s really designed to not depend on the server at all, all data is stored on a the Pageviews server, not in your database. Only your API keys are stored in the database. All data is sent asynchronously via JS from the client browser to our servers. This is what makes Pageviews fast.
