 * Very Load
 * Every few days your plugin loads the database for all 200% and 100%. I have more
than 30,000 entries. As a result, the site just almost ceases to work. I do not
know why this happens, but this happens rarely. If I disconnect your plug-in
during peak usage, then the problem is solved to the fullest.

 * Hi there, thank you for your message!
 * This plugin does not write anything to the database, except an API key and secret
during installation. All the counting is executed on a third-party services,
nothing about your counts are written to your WordPress database, so it’s hard
to tell where your database load comes from.
 * Could be a conflict with another plugin, could be a specific implementation,
hard to tell without any details – site URL, plugin version, a list of other
plugins installed, how are you measuring DB load, what are the queries that are
   causing the load, etc.

 * If it was a conflict, the problem would always exist. It occurs once every 1-
   3 weeks.

 * Which one is it exactly?
 * How are you measuring database load? What specific queries are producing this
load (slowlog will help with this).
 * The plugin does not do any database writes, only reads a couple options (API
key), nothing else is stored. We’re eager to find out why it might be causing
issues, so any extra information is very much appreciated.

 * Load Average rises in 50-100 times above the norm. If you throw your plugin in
a different folder (so that it becomes inactive), then the load completely disappears.
Most likely, the plugin loads data from Google Analytics and creates a huge load
   on the database.

 * The plugin doesn’t load anything from Google Analytics unless you’re using our
paid synchronization service. The plugin code is open for analysis, there is
nothing regarding Google Analytics in there, the plugin is short and sweet, guaranteed
to provide performance never seen before.

 * Please make sure you’re running the latest version of the plugin (delete the
directory and upload anew if possible). There’s nothing else to it, really.
 * We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues seemingly related to the plugin, but it’s
really designed to not depend on the server at all, all data is stored on a the
Pageviews server, not in your database. Only your API keys are stored in the
database. All data is sent asynchronously via JS from the client browser to our
servers. This is what makes Pageviews fast. No nonsense 🙂

 * I have paid subscription and sync with Google Analytics. The latest version of
   the plugin.

 * We do not have a subscription service, we only offer one-time synchronization
   via our site [https://pageviews.io/](https://pageviews.io/)
 * Let us know what URL you bought synchronization for so we can check our records
and provide further out-of-band support. Otherwise, it sounds like you are confusing
our plugin with some other one.
 * Thanks.
