    I always check out support forums before going with a plugin. For one charging $398 (at 50% off), to see no replies (nor that many posts) of any substance is really rather alarming. Not sure what the status of this plugin really is, but the glowing reviews just don’t jive with what I am seeing here.

    Is there some open and honest appraisal of this product and company anyone knows of? It sure seems like a robust and useful product, but appearances can be deceiving. A product this large and complete with poor support can an expensive nightmare far and above that ambitious purchase price. Still, my mind is open. Just looking for signs of life, and users who actually use it who will report their experiences candidly before I take my project and partners down this road. BuddyPress was one problem after another for us, and Profile Grid doesn’t seem to be that well supported either.

    Most of our customer care is being handled behind closed doors in a private and secure environment of Zendesk. The forums are more of a tool for the users to help each other with lightweight questions. Actual customer care is handled via a ticket system and our average first response time is less than 24 hours.
