I have observed something very similar.
The existing descriptions are still output in the formatted HTML. However, as soon as you click in such a field, even without editing it and then saving it, the HTML (2 links mailto: and tel:) will disappear on these.
Those not edited in the same data record remain unchanged.
This appears to be a deliberate action to degrade the capabilities of the free version of the plugin.
Hi both,
Thank you for your rating and feedback.
This is obviously not a deliberate action to degrade anything. We have receive vulnerability issue reports and to avoid the closing of the plugin’s page on WordPress.org we have had to disable this feature, until we find a workaround.
This does not only not benefit us but also costs us a lot, and impacts our users directly as you can see. We want to find a workaround as soon as possible.

Hi jm2023jm and WP Darko
Thank you for your quick feedback. I was wondering what the reason could be and with the above answer the behavior is understandable.
Does it make sense to follow this up in a support thread? Or do we remain here in the rating?
Greetings
Thanks for your reply WP Darko. I look forward to the return of the html support feature.
