Very limited documentation – no demo!
1. Guys, create a demo. This will save everyone time and you will have LESS questions!
2. Improve your documentation. Two columns is not user friendly for easy reading.
3. Video tutorials = less support requests!
4. Website blog . . . . even worse
5. Why do you even bother? It is evident you are not interested in supporting your product which is not a good reflection of your business
