When you first click on the calendar, the Month and Year buttons are huge. However, when you click the arrow to advance to the next month, the buttons normalize. You can click the left arrow to go back to the current month and the buttons are still normal. It’s only when the page first loads, that the buttons are oversized. Is there a fix for this?

Bold Grid is imposing its own styles when the page loads. It does this by injecting HTML with its classes around the elements on the page. When you navigate My Calendar using JavaScript, the scripts that add those styles don’t fire, so the subsequent pages don’t have them.

There’s nothing I can do to prevent this, but perhaps there are options in Bold Grid that you can set to prevent it from imposing its design undesirably.
