    Our plugin is very lightweight. Usually, your performance shouldn’t go down below 90% because no user has been facing this type of degradation. You can see our performance testing site for example: Testing site
    And see the page speed insight result(Which is showing 97 with so many images in the site) : Pagespeed

    I think you should optimize your site and use a caching plugin to see if the result is improving. Also, you can give me your URL so that we can test the issue.
