• I switched to Yuko primarily because I had no choice about moving from Judge.me when they dropped Woocommerce, but I am very happy that I did.

First Ramesh has been very helpful and proactive indeed in helping me to get the plugin set up (which isn’t especially difficult, but still I was grateful for the help). He has reacted quickly to my questions, and has been happy to quickly go on a Zoom call to fix anything I didn’t have quite right. I believe that some of my feedback on things that I found tricky has contributed (in a small way) to improvements in the tool. I have rarely seen such good customer service from a SAAS company.

Second, I am very pleased with the plugin itself. It’s true that it is a new-ish product at the time of writing and so the features are still rolling out, but all of the basics are present, plus several features that I wasn’t expecting to have on a plugin at this price point such as the Google integration (this is way better value than Yotpo, for example, that I used a few years back). The flexibility for customising the layout, colours, and wording is great, and I see there is new flexibility on making the email review requests more professional looking too which I will be experimenting with.

Lastly, there is a huge amount of clever things that could be done with the in-built workflows tool to . I haven’t experimented much with this yet as so far the basic tools have been sufficient, but might well do so soon.

I am looking forward to seeing what will come next.
