    I use TranslatePress on a WooCommerce site with 7.500 products.
    It works very well and the support is top!
    They figured out how one of translated strings (in structured data) of each product can be suppressed (as I dis not need to translate titles and descriptions)

    Very nice extra AI words can be added for a reasonable price.
    Recommended!
