    Great plugin. WPManageNinja support is fantastic, reliable and helpful.

    I’m a very happy paying customer.

    But be aware… as of October 2025, if you have an established branding design, you have to do custom CSS and HTML (and possibly PHP) stuff to make the customer support ticket portal and emails match your vibe.

    Other than that, I’m so glad this plugin exists
