    I don’t think this plugin is actively supported anymore. That’s too bad because this is a very useful plugin. There are not many options around which can do all of this.

    IT’S ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    April 13, 2016 and I just got an update notification after I updated WP to 4.5.
