Very good tech support when I needed it

I had a glitch and tech support was right on top of it. They were going to go so far as to clone the site and work out the glitch. (I think in hindsight, it may have been my fault.)

It turned out not to be needed, however, I’m impressed. Love the _professional_ compaines!
