    I had a problem which was not supposed to appear in combination with the latest versions of wordpress/plugin, but got really, really good personal support. Now everything works fine. Thank you!

    Hi Holly

    I am experiencing the same issue as that which you identified in your post a while back.

    I submitted a support request regarding it a few days ago, but have yet to hear back.

    My client is becoming somewhat anxious about how long this is taking to resolve.

    Is there any chance you can share the solution you were provided with?
