Very good. Some thing needs fix please.

First, I’ve to say that this pricing table is very good one.
* It’s very easy to use. No need to create data row before adding feature in each columns. Just add feature in each column very easy.
* Drag to re-order columns also very good.
* The design of free version looks OK not bad.

However I found that this plugin left some data in my database/table.
* options table does not clean on uninstall or delete the plugin. Please clean these values on delete the plugin. (dh_ptp_allow_tracking, dh_ptp_mailing_list). It’s yours.
* posts table does not clean on uninstall or delete the plugin. Please add option to clean posts with ‘easy-pricing-table’ in type on uninstall or delete the plugin.
