• I must admit this plugin is very handy so far.
    BUT…
As you understand, this plugin with the client you install on one of your host allows you to have direct access to ALL your sites.
    This is handy. Right.
But how do you get access to the admin panel?
    Simple login/pw
People asked for a limit login attempts feature for years and nothing came.
Beside that the support forum is closed for months…

    Quote:

Why did we close the forum?
InfiniteWP is a self-hosted product. Hence many users had server-related issues for which we gave solutions. But over time, these solutions have started to mislead users with similar but not the same problems. We are documenting the solutions into a knowledge base that would be more useful.

Another problem was that, users started reporting issues on the forum instead of the in-app issue reporting system. And this started delaying our response time.
We are making this change to serve our users better. We have ramped up our support team and we are trying to get the reply out on the same day.

Hm… That would be a tremendous product with proper support and feedback from users.
    AND a forum…
But for me the limit login attemps is a real problem, and getting into the .htaccess is not really my thing.

How comes such an easy “limit login attemps” feature is not on the basic product?
