Very glitchy and customer service is spotty

    There are constant issues with Elementor. It is very finicky in that it runs into issues with themes and WordPress constantly. One small change can mess up your entire site. Customer service via live chat is supposedly available 24 hours a day but 50% of the time it says there’s no support agent available and when you do get someone, they almost always have to send you to a Tier 2 agent which is via email. It takes days to get anywhere via email because they only respond once every 24 hours or so. I greatly regret building my website with Elementor and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Sometimes I feel when reading similar reviews that we’re using a different Elementor plugin. More than a hundred websites built with Elementor, of course, I had a good share of issues and back and forth, and even gave up on some issues, but I am still using it and so grateful that it exists. And no, I’m not affiliated with it in any way.

    Perhaps you could share some of problems you face here and the community could help?
