    I’m not a coder and so rely on WP and plug-ins (carefully and sparingly applied) to make my online presence known. I learned how to drive Ninja Forms and various add-ons from a YouTube video or two and went from there. Once you get the feel of the interface, it’s a good mix of being intuitive but still highly configurable. Not for the absolute beginner, but with a little patience even a relatively inexperienced online person like me could get the hang of it (I am an IT guy though, I just don’t know web stuff very well).

    What really surprised me was the quality of after-purchase support. James and Kevin have been FANTASTIC in the several months I’ve been using NF and add-ons on my website. I’ve spent less than $80 and have easily, truly gotten my value from it. Their asking price for ongoing premium support seems quite fair but even their Basic level of free support seems to be administered with an ethos of ‘go the extra mile’.
