  • Very frequent updates, it’s not comfortable… Is this a bad product perhaps? Wouldn’t it be enough once or twice a year? That’s not good.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave this review 🙂

    Today, given how quickly WordPress and various major themes/plugins are changing—which, of course, we strive to maintain a high degree of compatibility with—I unfortunately don’t think an annual or bi-annual frequency would work well for most of our users.

    Currently, we aim to ship a new version of Event Tickets every 3 weeks. We feel this is a pretty nice cadence with which to deliver new features and bug fixes, but we do also understand it may be a little too frequent for some. Remember, though, that you don’t have to update right away, simply because the update is available.

    Staying up-to-date is certainly something we recommend, but the choice is ultimately yours. We would encourage everyone you to review the changelogs we make available and update when the time is right for you.

    Does our current update schedule cause you any particular problems? We’d love to learn more if so.
