• Since the beginning of SeedProd, I have purchased various versions of the ‘Coming Soon’ plugin, and I was impressed with the versatility and features there were. Well, that was then and this is right now, whereby I am beyond disappointed. I installed the “Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode, Landing Pages & WordPress Website Builder by SeedProd” and it will not come out of the coming soon mode!!! I have never had a situation where previous versions of either the Coming Soon or Custom Login plugins locked out or simply interfered with the operation of the WordPress website. Shy of deleting the plugin, I have deactivated it and still, the website is locked out!!! Not cool in the least!!!

I am back from uninstalling / deleting the plugin, and I am still locked out of the website and stuck with the ‘Coming Soon’ landing page… So NOT cool…

    Hello,

We understand your frustration, and we’re here to help.

Sometimes, this issue can occur due to caching on your site or server. If you have already uninstalled the plugin, we recommend clearing your site/server cache and checking again.

If the problem persists, it could be due to another factor that requires further troubleshooting. You may post your concern in the WordPress support forum here:

    Thank you!

Well, my client lost everything, thanks to this plugin corrupting the server.

More specifically, it diminished the PHP version from 7.2.24 to a lesser version, which caused the whole system to crash.

Even after they deleted the public_html folder and reinstalled WordPress, they were not able to restore from JetBackup any previous backups before the installation of the SeedProd plugin.

It has been a day of trying to recover whatever the SeedProd plugin corrupted, without success!!!

You simply cannot say clearing the cache will correct the problem, because I was way ahead of you and that did not work.

Now as a result of your corrupt plugin, I have a customer who now has to start from scratch, and replace their whole website!!!

That being said, based on how it caused this error and crashed the whole website, not only am I NOT impressed, I will NEVER recommend nor use any SeedProd Product again!!!
