    Hi Claire,

    I’m really sorry about the issues you were having with the plugin and the perceived lack of response from our end. We actually sent a detailed email response with solutions to all the issues you mentioned, but it bounced back/was rejected by your mail server. We tried to resend it on three different days, and also tried to respond to the follow-up email you wrote, but we always got the same bounce back message:

    <your email address>: host[IP address] said: 451 relay not permitted!
        (in reply to RCPT TO command)

    I’ve not shown your email address or the IP for security reasons.

    We tried to find an alternative way of getting in touch with you, but there was no contact form or email address, etc. listed on your site.

    We can absolutely provide a refund for the premium purchase. That would be no problem at all. Or, if you’d prefer to get the issues resolved and keep using the plugin, we’d be happy to send along the solutions we wrote up in the email that never reached you.

    Either way, if you could provide us with an alternative way of contacting you, or if you could whitelist our email address, we’d be glad to assist with the plugin and/or a refund.
