    Hi pentagramwookie,

I apologize for any confusion! While our free version does not store entries to your site, you can collect entry details through notification emails.

If you haven’t had a chance yet to set up notification emails for your forms, you can do that by opening the form builder and going to Settings > Notifications.

From here, you can add the recipient email address(es) to the Send To Email Address field. You can also customize the contents of any other fields/settings you’d like. In case it helps, here’s our tutorial on setting up notification emails with a bunch more details.

If you’ve already set this up, though, and the emails aren’t delivering to your inbox, we have extensive resources to help with this as well. Email delivery is becoming an increasing common issue across the web, and can result from intensive filtering by recipient email providers and/or server configuration issues by the server sending the emails out.

In order to address both potential causes behind this issue, we recommend setting up an SMTP plugin. This changes the way that your emails are sent, and also authenticates them so that recipient email providers allow them through their filters. For more details, here’s our tutorial on recommended SMTP plugins. We’ve also shared tutorials there on how to set up each option.

We also recommend using our checklist before adding a form to your site. That way you can be sure that each form does everything exactly as you’d like before adding to a live page or post.

I hope this helps! 🙂 And if you ever have questions, please feel welcome to share those in our Lite support forum. There, we provide limited complimentary support to all Lite users.
