Yes.
What plugins should I use?
There’s a whole heap of plugins that could work with this, but it will depend on:
- What fields you need
- What outside systems are you interacting with
- Are you storing the values or only emailing
- Are there any specialised requirements
- Is any outside data required to build the form (in the example you’ve given that would be the car make/model details
If you need something that’s more than standard, you might find it hard. There’s good fomr pulgins in here like Contact Form 7 along with good commercial options like Gravity Forms, but none of these will do everything.
I have a feeling that if you need something that mimics that form closely you’ll need to do some programming yourself ot get everything working the way that you want it to.
