    This plugin is TERRIBLE. I purchased the premium version and let me tell you, it does not work. Full of bugs. Doesn’t even look like the developers have a support channel. Spare yourself a lot of pain and trouble

    I am the developer of Documentor plugin (You can find the link to contact me on the plugin admin panel as well). In case due to some reasons you could not contact me or someone from the support team, you can always post a query here (but I would request to write me so that I could help faster). Regarding Documentor not working, coincidentally I had run one test yesterday with the recent version of WordPress and ALL WORKS GOOD – both Free and Pro versions.

    So need not to worry. Do write back in case you face any issues.

    Hello Tejaswini, I have contacted/sent your team multiple emails via the admin panel at but received no replies. I have also posted here under Support and on your Slack group. No one has responded. Do I keep writing in to receive no replies? Responding to my review and pretending to be “helpful” doesn’t improve your case.

    I’d also like to second that comment, I’ve been trying to get an issue with this plugin sorted for weeks now and after spending months creating a knowledge base which was working all of a sudden it’s stopped my site from completely working. I’ve sent multiple requests for help only to be ignored.

    My advice, DO NOT BUY this plugin!
