Very buggy and zero help from SS

I bought SS because of the good reviews, but I’ve had nothing but pain.
1. It’s immensely fiddly – you have to set every view differently for it to be responsive.The preview and the setting icons are in a different order so it’s very easy to get mixed up.
2. I have spent all day setting up a slider from a template I downloaded – should be easy peasy as all I wanted to do was replace the images with mine and change the text. Oh no. I eventually got two slides working perfectly and saved everything, went back and checked, all good, copied one of the slides to make the next one and started, went back to the other two and the static slide and they had all corrupted. No reason. A whole day’s work lost.
3. Help – This is NOT helpful. Only via email. I sent screenshots, explained the problem etc and just got back “you need to use the different setting for different devices, here’s a link how” I KNOW THAT, I did that, it took me hours. THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM.So all in all, a really bad experience leaving me feeling immensely frustrated, and sick of SS3. I’ve used Rev Slider in the past and it’s so much more user friendly; unfortunately I’ve bought the pro version of this rubbish and I can’t afford to bin it and go back to Rev.
